About The Founder

Mark Podgorski found his passion for bartending shortly after turning 21. Starting In Fort Mill, SC he learned basic bartending through sports bars and pubs and worked his way up to bar management at his first craft cocktail bar. He realized his talents and passion for the craft early on and made his way to the esteemed Ritz Carlton Charlotte. From there he learned from licensed mixologists and sommeliers, received Forbes Five Star training and perfected guest services. Mark’s peers would describe him as personable, funny and competent. Outside of bartending Mark enjoys creating music, being outdoors and spending time with his wife Angela.
